Our group performed plating by styling the food on the plate. We first cut a twinkie in half and placed it on a swipe of chocolate syrup. We then put some brown sugar along the corners to add color. Then we used some lime zest and sprinkled it around the plate add color and make it a garnish. Next, we put cool whip on the side to add a creamy texture. Our purpose was to make the dish appealing and look delightful.
