Once Upon A Plate

Plaiting is the dressing of food. Having a background or design for a food. Our plate consists of an orange croissant drizzled in chocolate and caramel syrup and splashed on chocolate chips. The main part of the syrups is for design and flavor. The crunchy bread soaks up the savors of the syrups. The chocolate chips is mainly for design. The plate is completely white making the plate look bland. Therefor we added the chocolate chips on the side to add decoration and add more color.
