Once Upon a Plate

Plating food is the process in which people style food to make it look more appealing. Our first experience with plating food did not turn out how we had hoped. The cocoa absorbed the chocolate and caramel syrup, leaving our plate blemished; however, we did not stop there we. We proceeded by placing marshmallows and whip cream between the two pieces of twinkie, adding color to the dark, bland plate. We hoped to achieve that appealing look with our plate; however, it turned out quite the opposite.
