Plating is the art of arranging food to appear appealing to the eye. When plating, one must be sure that the placement, angle, and lighting is precise. Even if the food is unappetizing, considering we used a twinkie, it can still seem as if it is when you correctly plate the item. Here, we attempted to achieve the look of a mouthwatering dessert; which, I believe we succeed in.
