Chapter 3 -Chicken Salad

During the ServSafe Chapter 3, we had to make a chicken salad by the guidelines. In addition, the group had to wash the vegetables the correct way to meet the standards of ServSafe. The salad consists of: lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, cheese, chicken, and croutons. The chicken was chopped and fried and then mixed in with barbecue and lemon pepper.
